Corn Casserole with Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can kernel corn, drained (16 oz. can)
  • 1 can creamed corn (16 oz. can)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Container: casserole dish
Directions
COOK
1 hr
  • Mix ingredients together and pour in greased casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
