Chinese Beef Casserole Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups Minute Rice® (uncooked)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4-ounce can)
  • 1 1/2 cans milk (use the soup can)
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 package chow mein noodles (small bag)
Container: 9- x 13-inch baking dish

  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the chow mein noodles.
  • Transfer to a 9- x 13-inch baking dish or a casserole dish. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
  • After baking for 30 minutes, sprinkle on the chow mein noodles; then bake for 5 minutes more.
