Chicken Pasta Stir-Fry Recipe

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Kraft® Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
Container: pasta pot and a large skillet

  • Cook pasta according to the package directions.
  • Add the broccoli to the boiling pasta during the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat the pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cook 1 minute more.
  • Drain the pasta and broccoli mixture and dump into a large bowl.
  • Add the chicken mixture and lightly toss. Sprinkle with peanuts if desired.
