Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

  • 1 package Simply Potatoes® (not frozen, found in dairy or egg section)
  • 8 ounces French onion chip dip (ready-made; your favorite brand)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package shredded Velveeta® cheese
Container: baking dish or casserole dish
1 hr
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the shredded cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish or a casserole dish; then sprinkle the top with 1 bag of shredded Velveeta® cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Note: If the casserole seems too dry, you can add more chip dip or water.
