Cheesy BBQ Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can cheddar soup
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 medium potatoes (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Container: baking dish
Directions
COOK
1.5 hrs
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soup, evaporated milk, and barbecue sauce.
  • In buttered baking dish, place 1/3 of the potato slices; then top with 1/3 of the sauce. Keep layering until all of the ingredients are used.
  • Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese.
  • Bake in a 375ºF for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    Note: You can also cook the dish in the microwave. Cook for 30 minutes on the high setting.
