Christmas Bark 4 Recipe

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces dried cranberries
  • 6 - 8 ounce shelled pistachios
To set up a double-boiler, find a glass or stainless steel bowl that shallowly sits in a dutch oven or soup kettle. Fill dutch oven or soup pot 1/2 full with water. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer. Maintain simmer. Place bowl on top of pot of water. Add white chips and stir with silicone spatula almost constantly until creamy and melted. IMMEDIATELY REMOVE FROM HEAT! Stir in cranberries and pistachios. Turn out onto a parchment-lined baking tray. Spread evenly. Refrigerate until hardened (1 - 2 hours). Break into uneven pieces and serve.
