With a touch of sweetness from dried cranberries and crunch from pistachio nuts, this bark recipe makes a special treat for your Christmas goodies tray.

  • 24 ounces white almond bark
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios

  • Place the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. Continue to stir and microwave at 30 second intervals until almond bark is all melted. It should only take 2 or 3 times at 30 seconds.
  • Stir in cranberries and pistachios.
  • Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper. Pour mixture out on the wax paper and spread out evenly.
  • Allow to set until firm. You can refrigerate to speed up hardening but it will harden at room temperature.
  • Break into pieces.
