No Guilt Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces cocoa
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together dry ingredients. In blender, puree cottage cheese. Add egg whites and vanilla; pulse until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square pan sprayed with a nonstick spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or just till set.
