No Bake Cream Cheese Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 graham cracker crust (large size - enough for 2 additional servings)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • Whip the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer; then slowly pour the milk into the cream cheese while continuing to mix.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and the vanilla flavoring.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate to set.
  • Top the cheesecake with the pie filling of your choice or use fresh berries.
