Creamy Mandarin Orange Dessert Recipe

  • CRUST:
  • 3 individual packages (tubes) of Ritz® crackers, mashed into crumbs
  • 1 sugar
  • 3/4 butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 3 mandarin oranges, well drained (11 oz. cans)
  • 8 whipped topping, thawed (1 tub)
  • 1/2 frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 sweetened condensed milk
Container: 9x13-inch pan
  • Mash the Ritz® crackers into course crumbs.
  • Combine the crumbs with the sugar and butter; blend well.
  • Press the crumb mixture into 9x13-inch pan.
  • Layer the mandarin oranges over the crust.
  • Mix together the whipped topping, frozen orange juice concentrate, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour the mixture over the oranges; then chill the dessert for 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
