Hot Fudge Dessert Recipe

  • 1/4 pound crushed graham crackers
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/4 pound margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

  • Spread the crushed graham crackers in a 9- x 13-inch pan.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and margarine in a double boiler.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat.
  • Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the crushed graham cracker layer.
  • Spread the vanilla ice cream on the top; then place the pan in the freezer.
  • Slice and serve once the dessert is solid.
