Chocolate Dessert Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 8 chocolate bars with almonds, broken
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
Container: slow cooker
Directions

  • Coat the crock pot with butter.
  • Add the chocolate, marshmallows, and milk to the slow cooker, cover, and cook on the low heat setting, stirring every 30 minutes until the mixture is melted and smooth (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours).
  • Gradually add the whipping cream. Cover and keep warm until you are ready to serve (up to 6 hours).
  • Serve with bite-size pieces of pound cake, bananas, marshmallows, fresh strawberries, grapes, or mandarin oranges.
