Ingredients
1 pound beef stew meat
1/4 cup chopped onion (optional)
2 cans condensed cream of golden mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz. cans)
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups hot cooked noodles or rice
Directions

In a crock pot, mix the beef, onion, soup, mushrooms, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beef is very tender.
Prior to serving, stir in the sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
