Simple Crock Pot Lasagna Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 5 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 10 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Container: 6-quart slow cooker

  • Brown the ground beef and drain; then combine with the spaghetti sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the egg and the cottage cheese.
  • Layer the ingredients in crock pot in the following order: half of the meat mixture, half of the dry noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the other half of the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on the high heat setting for 4 - 5 hours or on the low heat setting for 6 - 8 hours.
