Four Cheese Crock Pot Lasagna Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef, cooked
  • 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups uncooked noodles (lasagna or egg noodles)
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Container: 6-quart slow cooker
6+ hrs
  • Combine the cooked ground beef and the spaghetti sauce.
  • Layer the ingredients in the crock pot beginning with half of the meat sauce, then half of the noodles, half of the cottage cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the other half of the ingredients; then top with the parmesan cheese.
  • Cook on the low heat setting for 6 hours or on the high heat setting for 2 to 3 hours. Make sure the noodles are soft prior to serving.
