Gingerbread Cookies 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Chill dough. Roll out, cut, and bake cookie at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Decorate as desired. Makes 12 cookies.
