Salted Nut Roll Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces lightly salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 10 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups marshmallows
Container: 9- x 13-inch baking pan
Directions

  • Spray the bottom of 9- x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 to 3/4 jar of peanuts in the pan.
  • Melt the peanut butter chips and butter in a saucepan.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Cook until hot.
  • Fold in the marshmallows; then press the mixture on top of the peanuts in the pan. Press the remaining peanuts on top of the marshmallow layer. Cool and slice.
