Rice Krispie Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 packages chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, margarine, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  • Stir in the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips. The dough will be stiff.
  • Using a tablespoon, drop small portions of the dough 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
