Crunchy Caramel Marshmallows Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz. can)
  • 1 package caramels
  • 2 packages large marshmallows (10 oz. bags)
  • Rice Krispies cereal

  • In a double boiler, heat the butter, condensed milk, and caramels until the caramels are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. (You can also melt the ingredients in a bowl in the microwave if you don't have a double boiler.)
  • Using a toothpick, dip the marshmallows in the caramel mixture; then roll the marshmallows in the Rice Krispies.
  • Place on waxed paper to set.
