Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Container: 9- x 13-inch baking pan
Directions

  • In a medium to large saucepan, melt the margarine and butterscotch chips over low heat; then allow it to cool.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients. This mixture will be sticky.
  • Spread the batter with a knife in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for 18-22 minutes.
  • Cool, slice, and serve.
