Cookie Dough Cream Cheese Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages refrigerated cookie dough (not sugar cookie dough)
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz. packages)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Container: 9- x 13-inch baking pan
Directions

  • Pat one roll of the cookie dough in a 9- x 13-inch pan.
  • Blend the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the cookie dough.
  • Use the second roll of cookie dough as the topping. Simply crumble on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
  • Allow the bars to cool; then refrigerate before serving.
