Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
COOK

  • Cream brown sugar, white sugar and butter until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and stir.
  • Add the chips and combine with the other ingredients.
  • Form the dough into balls and bake in a 350°F oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool the cookies on wire racks.
