Pecan Pralines 6 Recipe

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 stick Margarine
  • 1 cup evaporated milk (pet)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanila
  • 2 cups Pecans
Cook 3 C. sugar and pet milk until a soft ball is made. At the same time brown 1/2 C. sugar in a small skillet over low heat. Add to sugar and pet milk mixture. When soft ball stage is made add vanilla, margarine, and then pecans. Take off heat, beat until cool and spoon onto wax paper.
