Butterscotch Blondies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
Container: 9- x 13-inch pan
Directions
COOK

  • Mix all of the ingredients until well blended.
  • Bake in greased 13 x 9 pan at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the edge comes out almost clean. Do not over bake.
  • Cool and slice.
