Easy Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Container: 9- x 13-inch baking pan
Directions

  • Melt butter and chocolate.
  • Add sugar. Add vanilla.
  • Beat eggs; add eggs to chocolate mixture and slowly stir in flour.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350ºF; watch carefully to not over-bake.
  • Frosting optional: Melt 3 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate. Add up to 3/4 bag of powder sugar and enough hot water to get the desired consistency.
