Healthy Monster Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sorghum
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup big chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 375° for 8-10 minutes. Makes 8 dozen cookies.
