Sour Cream Banana Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Cream together margarine and sugar.
  • Add eggs, sour cream, bananas, and vanilla.
  • Sift in the flour, salt, and soda.
  • Pour the batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375ºF degrees for 15-20 minutes.
