Peanut Butter Popcorn 6 Recipe

Pop the popcorn and put in a large bowl. In a large saucepan combine sugar, honey, and corn syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir well until it is all incorporated. Spread out onto 2 cookie sheets lined with wax paper. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top if desired. (From jamiecooksitup.blogspot.com)
