Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons butter - softened
  • 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar - unsifted
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Cream butter in small mixer bowl.
  • Add cocoa, powdered sugar, and milk.
  • Beat until it is spreading consistency.
  • Blend in vanilla.
  • Makes about 2 cups frosting and covers 12 x 12 pan.
