Lemon Sour Cream Cookies Recipe

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Beat in sour cram and lemon zest. Add flour mixture and mix until combined. Refrigerate dough for one hour. Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°.
