Chocolate Dipped Fortune Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pack fortune cookies (flat round discs)
  • 1 package semi sweet morsels
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 drops almond extract (optional)
Directions
Melt chocolate in double boiler on stove when melted (add almond extract if desired). Stir until completely melted. Dunk cookie only half way into the chocolate, while still warm coat with almonds. Place on wax paper and let harden.
