Golden Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients
CRUST
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons water
FILLING
7 apples - Golden Delicious
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter
Directions
CRUST:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Make a well. Add oil and water. Mix with a fork.
This is enough for top and bottom crust.
FILLING:
Peel apples and slice thin.
Put apples directly in pie plate on top of bottom crust.
Sprinkle sugar on top of apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of sugar.
Put slices of butter on top.
Add top pie crust. Using a fork, poke hole on top (all over) to prevent air bubbles.
Bake in a 350° F oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
