Ham and Cheese Quiche in Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust - pre baked shell
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - sharp
  • 1 cup ham - diced
  • 1/4 cup onion - finely diced
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Mix cheese, ham, and onion and spoon into pie shell.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour over the top and bake for 45 minutes.
