Cinnamon Roll Topped Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cans peaches - drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup pecans - chopped
  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon rolls

  • In a Dutch oven or cake pan place peaches, sugar, cornstarch, flour and cinnamon.
  • Cook until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  • Place the cinnamon rolls on top of the peach mixture and sprinkle with pecans or walnuts.
  • Bake according to package instructions for cinnamon rolls until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with icing after baking and serve warm!
  • This is really good with vanilla ice cream!
