Pistachio Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding - small box
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • Mix cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, water, oil, and sour cream together.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Spray bottom of 2 loaf pans.
  • Lightly sprinkle 1/4 mixture on bottom of each pan.
  • Pour half batter on top of cinnamon mixture in each loaf pan.
  • Top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  • Bake on 350° F for 45 minutes.
