Spinach Balls Recipe

  • 2 packages frozen spinach - cooked and drained
  • 2 cups stuffing mix - herb seasoned and crushed
  • 2 onions - large in size and diced
  • 5 eggs - beaten
  • 3/4 cup margarine - melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Roll approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture into small balls.
  • Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Can be frozen on sheet then packed in freezer bags. Remove and bake as needed.
