Peanut Butter Fritos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 1/2 ounces Frito Scoops
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
Container: 9 x 13 pan

  • Combine sugar and karo syrup in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from burner immediately once the mixture starts to boil and stir in peanut butter.
  • Grease the bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
  • Crunch up Fritos slightly and make a layer of all chips in the pan.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the layer of chips and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Cut and serve.
