Caramel Chocolate Fritos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Frito Scoops
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 package chocolate chips - milk chocolate
  • 1 package butterscotch chips

  • Arrange Frito's on 2 large cookie sheets.
  • Boil sugar, corn syrup stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add peanut butter.
  • Drizzle over Fritos.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  • Drizzle over caramel on fritos.
  • Chill and pull apart. NOTE: the caramel makes a very large batch. Can half batch or refrigerate leftover for later use.
