8 slices sour dough bread - 1-inch slices
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cup Giardiniera - finely chopped
12 slices ham
12 slices turkey
12 slices Muenster cheese
8 slices tomatoes

Butter outside side of each slice of bread.
Spread mustard on the inside of one slice of bread for each sandwich. Spread on chopped Giardiniera mix. Top with ham, turkey, tomatoes and cheese. Place slice of bread, butter-side out, on top of cheese; press slightly.
Heat panini press to medium. Or use a grill pan with a heavy bottomed pan to press on top of the sandwiches.
Grill each sandwich until the bottom is golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve warm.
