Norwegian Kringla 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 sticks oleo
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/4 cups Flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. Form a ball (size of a quarter) roll into pencil shape; then form into a figure 8. Bake at 450° until brown (about 10 minutes).
