Ingredients
  • 12 lasagna noodles - cooked and drained
  • 1 pound chicken - cooked and diced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • For sauce, combine soup, milk and seasoning.
  • For cheese mixture, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Begin layers by starting with laying 4 noodles. Spread with a layer of sauce, then a layer of chicken, then cheese mixture. Repeat 2 times. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese and bake covered for 50 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 10 minutes more, until golden and bubbly.

"This recipe was so good! It was creamy and delicious; also, easy to make. I have tried other chicken lasagna recipes but this was by far the best one. I cooked chicken breasts to use but if you purchased a rotisserie chicken and used that this recipe would be even easier to make."
