These cookies are sure to melt in your mouth. With a flaky outside but a soft inside, they disappear quickly.

Grandma's Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (+)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add in baking soda, salt and cream of tartar. Add flour and beat only until well combined. Stir in chocolate ships. Drop onto baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

-		1 cup vegetable oil
-		1 cup brown sugar
-		1 cup sugar
-		2 egg
-		2 teaspoons vanilla
-		2 teaspoons baking soda
-		1 teaspoon salt
-		4 teaspoons cream of tarter
-		4 cups flour
-		2 cups chocolate chips
