Santa's Whiskers Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped candied red & green cherries
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Pecans
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Beat butter with electric mixer on high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until combined. Beat in milk and vanilla. Beat in as much flour as you can. Stir in remaining flour, cherries and pecans. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into 8" long log. Roll each log in coconut. Wrap each log in waxed paper and chill at least 2 hours. Preheat over to 375°. Cut logs into 1/4 in. slices. Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
