Sea foam Candy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg white beaten stiff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped or 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Boil sugar, water and corn syrup to hard candy stage. Pour slowly over egg whites while beating with mixer on low speed. Beat until creamy, add nuts or coconut. Fold in and pour into buttered pan.
