Ritz Cracker Cookies Recipe

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup carnation canned milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Dates, chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Ritz crackers
  • 8 ounces powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons warm milk
Heat sugar, milk and butter until sugar is dissolved. Add the dates and walnuts and cook with mixture; cool.

Put in between 2 Ritz crackers.

For Frosting, combine powdered sugar, melted butter and warm milk until smooth and spreadable. Put a little frosting on top cracker.

Bake for 5 minutes or less at 300°.
