So easy to make but so versatile, this flavorful vinegar can be made into a wonderful salad dressing when added to olive oil, or it can be used as a tasty condiment for poultry or fish.
Raspberry Vinegar Recipe (+)
Directions
In a clean jar, loosely pack fresh raspberries.
Pour vinegar over the fruit until the fruit is completely covered with vinegar.
Put lid on and set on counter 3-5 days until the fruit flavor has absorbed into the vinegar.
