Chocolate Ghost Suckers Recipe

  • 1 package white chocolate chips (12 ounce package)
  • 12 popsicle sticks
  • 24 mini chocolate chips
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and place popsicle sticks at lease 2 in. apart. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute, stirring at 20-second intervals. Allow to cool slightly, until warm rather than hot. Spoon melted chocolate into a ziploc bag and snip hole off corner of bag. Squeeze approximately 2 T. of chocolate onto each popsicle stick; smooth mixture with a knife into a ghost "blob." Add two mini chocolate chips for eyes and refrigerate suckers until hardened.
