Breakfast Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound country sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Picante sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Crumble and fry sausage in skillet. When sausage is done, set it aside on paper towels or grocery sack to drain. Pour off grease.

Scramble eggs and when done, mix eggs and sausage together.

Heat flour tortillas on a dry griddle until hot.

Spoon some sausage and egg mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle with grated cheese and picante sauce to taste.
