  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons palm oil shortening, melted
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
Yields about 40 crackers.

Combine brown rice flour, corn flour, and baking powder. Mix well using a whisk. Dissolve the bouillon in the water. Add palm oil shortening and water/bouillon mixture to the flour mix. Blend together using a fork. On a floured surface, roll out dough about 1/8" thick. Cut into 2" X 2" squares. Place on a baking sheet - you do not need to grease it. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes or until slightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and let cool on a cooling rack.
