Canned Peaches 2 Recipe

  • Peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced how ever you want
  • frozen unsweetened apple, white grape, or pineapple juice concentrate
To can peaches, pack in hot jars. Add syrup to cover peaches, leaving 1/2" head space. Remove air bubbles and adjust head space if necessary by adding additional syrup.

As a sugar free way to can peaches, heat the juice conentrate and pour 1/4 cup into each quart jar of peaches. Fill the remainder of the jar with water. Wipe jar rim, center lid on jar and tighten.

Process pint jars for 25 minutes and quarts for 30 minutes. Remove canner lid, wait 5 minutes and remove jars.
